All original early Kestner pouty doll from the 1880s

This glorious bébé is a gem, it has a perfect poured bisque head marked with size number « X », a closed mouth with pouting lips, brown glass sleeping eyes, original brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, a plump ball jointed body with straight wrists, fully originally dressed with a silk and lace bonnet and leather shoes with rosette decoration. We didn’t dare to undress the doll since the silk is very frail. Ready for display, this endearing 15 inches Kestner doll shines by its presence.
